Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Any orders placed on the website are subject to the following:
1.0 Confirmation
The regulations state that 'after making a purchase the consumer must be sent confirmation'.
If you fill in the e-mail field when you make an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This should be immediate. If you do not fill in the e-mail field, or send in an order by post, you will be sent a confirmation by post.
1.1 Cooling-off Period
The regulations state that 'consumers must have the right of cancellation of an order within a 'cooling-off' period of 7 working days'.
In this instance special order items such as Canvas Prints and Photographs are an exception and customers do not have the right to cancel because 'the supply of goods has been made to the consumer's personal specification', i.e. , print size, print finish, image choice etc.
1.2 Cancellation Period
The regulations require 'the supplier to inform the consumer prior to the conclusion of a contract that he will not be able to cancel, once performance of the service has begun'.
In this instance the placing of an order will be deemed as your agreement for us to begin the service and therefore you will not have the right to cancel under this regulation.
If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions as stated please do not place an order.
1.3 Contact
